BASIC RECIPE: Vanilla Buttercake

Newbies, get ready to impress your family and friends with this easy Vanilla cupcakes recipe!

Ingredients:
150g self-raising flour
100g caster sugar
90 g softened butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs (3 if small eggs)
2 tablespoon milk (not powder milk)

On your mark... Get set... GO!!

1. Preheat oven at 180C.
2. Beat butter, sugar, extract, eggs, flour and milk in a bowl with electric mixer on low speed until ingredients are just combine. Then only, increase speed and beat until you obtain a paler colour.
3. Line up 12-hole muffin pan with paper cases or 12 cupcake silicone cases.
4. For each case, fill them half with mixture (in order to obtain perfect domes easy to frost)
5. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Miss Cookie's advice: If you can't find self-raising flour, you can mix flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
